Quartiers de demain
How does architecture transform « Quartiers de demain » ?
Launched in June 2023 by the President of the Republic, this international consultation aims to transform ten priority neighborhoods under France’s urban policy (QPV). Its goal is to imagine a new approach to building that improves residents’ quality of life.

- Lodève – city center: restoration of architectural heritage and redevelopment of riverbanks;
- Le Mans – Sablons district: restructuring of a shopping center;
- Colmar – Europe-Schweitzer district: development of a 5.5-hectare public space on a brownfield site;
- Caen – Grâce de Dieu district: restructuring of a residential block;
